Does a mention of our company mean we've been hacked?
Not necessarily. A post may repeat public information, relate to a past incident or contain an unverified claim. Its content, date and context need to be examined before concluding that a compromise has occurred.
What if a search returns no results?
It means no matching item was found in the content available at the time of the search. This does not guarantee the absence of exposure: information may be circulating in spaces that are not covered, or may surface later.
Can we use DarkFindr for a single engagement?
